Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During limited edition drops and high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
United Kingdom Standard delivery: 10–12 working days
- Orders over £100: Free shipping
- Orders under £100: £4.99
European Union Standard delivery: 14–18 working days
- Flat rate: £10.00
Please note that EU orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
International (USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World) Standard delivery: 18–28 working days
- Flat rate: £23.99
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees determined by your local customs authority. XI ÉDITION LIMITÉE is not responsible for these charges, and they are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Duties For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs and import duties may apply. These fees vary by country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order. XI ÉDITION LIMITÉE cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs processing.
